Arconik’s Pre Filters are used to retain particles ranging from 1 micron to 50 microns. These filters are referred as the air intake filters and work on negative air pressure. We offer several types of Pre Filters such as Cardboard panel pleated filters, Polyaster Pleated Filters, Panel Pad Filters, Metallic Baffel Filters and more.

GLASS FIBRE PAD (PGP)
Arconik’s PPP-M series are cleanable air filters made from non-woven progressive fiberglass medium in rigid non-corrosive metal frame. Arconik’s filter has a fixed heavy duty metal grid on air outlet side and removable grid on air entry side to allow replacement of filter media pad The PPP-M series of Arconik is mainly used To absorb excess particles during paint spraying or to absorb oil mist released during cooking in kitchens. The PPP-M series tested in accordance with EN779- 2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017 and available in grades G3 & G4 or MERV 4 to MERV 8.

METALLIC MESH FILTERS (PMM)
Arconik’s PPP-M series are washable filters made from multiple knitted wire mesh overlapped together as a filter medium in rigid non-corrosive metal frame. The filter has a fixed heavy duty metal grid on air outlet side and removable grid on air entry side to allow replacement of filter media pad. Arconik’s PPP-M series is mainly used in air handling units in restaurants and industrial applications for oil mist filtration and is available in grades G2 or MERV 2 to MERV 4.

Polyester Fiber Pocket Filters
The FMP filters series of Arconik’s are made from pockets of polyester fiber in rigid non-corrosive metal frames allowing high air flow and low pressure drop. These filters have a very high dust holding capacity comparing to other series of pre filters and are mainly used in air handling units one stage prior to Fine filters. Arconik’s FMP filters series tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017 and available in grades G4 or MERV 8.
