Arconik’s Fine Filters, also called secondary filters, designed to filter fine particles in the air. Usually they are installed after the pre filters layer in every filter bank and their efficiency ranges from M5 to F9. We offer several types of Fine Filters such as FPP, FGD, FGM, FMP and more.

GLASS FIBER DEEP PLEAT FILTERS (FGD)
The FGD filters series of Arconik are made from micro fine fiberglass media with aluminum separators in deep pleated style in rigid non-corrosive metal frames, allowing high air flow and low pressure drop. Arconik’s FGD series is mainly used in air handling units one stage prior to HEPA filters, available in grades F6 to F9 or MERV 9 to MERV 16 and tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.

Glass Fiber Deep Pleat-HT
Arconik’s FGD-HT filters series are made from aluminum or stainless still new generation separators in deep pleated style that can sustain high temperature when in continuance, in rigid non-corrosive metal frame, with micro fine fiberglass media, allowing high air flow and low pressure drop. The FGD series is mainly used in air handling where the structure or air temperature gets up to 250 Celsius degrees , one stage prior to HEPA filters, available in grades F6 to F9 or MERV 9 to MERV 16 and tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.

Arconik’s FGM filters series are made from new generation high efficiency mini pleated micro fine fiberglass media with hotmelt separators in rigid non-corrosive metal frames. The FGD series is mainly used in air handling units one stage prior to HEPA filters, available in grades F6 to F9 or MERV 9 to MERV 16 and tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.

Polyester Fiber Pleated Filters (FPP)
The FPP filters series of Arconik are made from medium pleated filter combining synthetic polyester fiber non woven and aluminum mesh in rigid non-corrosive metal frames. Arconik's FPP series is mainly used in air handling units one stage prior to HEPA filters, available in grades F5 or MERV 9 and tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.

SYNTHETIC MELTBLOWN-POCKET (FMP)
The FMP filters series of Arconik are made from pockets of synthetic meltblown incorporate between PP spun bond media in rigid non-corrosive metal frames, allowing high air flow and low pressure drop. Arconik’s FMP filters series have very high dust holding capacity comparing to other Finedust filters series. This series is mainly used in air handling units one stage prior to HEPA filters. It is available in grades F5 or MERV 9 to 16 and was tested in accordance with EN779-2012 / ISO 16890 / ASHREA 52.2-2017.
